The MACH Program
The MACH program will offer you a Technical Engineer role position combined with an outstanding 2 year development program designed as it follows:
The first year is focused on training, peer mentoring, and other on-boarding activities
The second year is focused on career development and global networking.
At the end of the program, MACH employees join the MACH Alumni community.
Job description
The Customer Services and Support (CSS) vision is to earn customer and partner lifetime loyalty by understanding their needs, solving their problems, preventing their issues, and helping them get the most out of their businesses with a perfect every time experience.
Skills and qualifications Hold B.s \ M.s Majoring in Computer science or IT related Majors. Have less than 2 years combined work experience, including internships/co-op. English language & local language fluency Be passionate about our industry and want to have a say about where it goes next! Ability to influence, inspire and lead from any role Good understanding of the relationship between technology and business Passion for the technology and innovation Strong customer focus Thriving in a fast paced, ambiguous environment Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Willing to travel locally and internationally
