What are we looking for?The Account Technology Specialist (ATS) adds value to Microsoft by providing technical guidance to customers, resulting in expanded deployments of Microsoft technology, empower customers by the introducing of Microsoft technologies and innovation, consolidate with customers the cloud computing usage perception and encourage customers to increase cloud consumption. The ATS role adds value by: Defining IT Infrastructure and Client solutions that address customer pains and/or opportunities. Developing a healthy IT Infrastructure and Client pipeline of qualified opportunities. Creating and maintaining IT Profiles on customers Ensuring handoffs to, and engagements with, the appropriate resources (within the ATU or STU, to Partners and/or Services) at the appropriate phase of the MSSP. Delivering presentations, briefings or technology reviews that reinforce the IT Infrastructure for a People-Ready Business value propositions. Ensuring that customers are aware of the Microsoft Enterprise Product Roadmap and the Security benefits of a Microsoft-centric technology stack. Contributing to the recruitment, engagement and readiness of Partners who can help the ATS role scale capacity, Experience making presentations to IT executives. -Requirements:Student for B.Sc./M.Sc. degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline with at least 1 year before graduation Ability to work in an environment where customer contacts and knowledge, are leveraged to prospect opportunities within assigned accounts. 1-4 years of related experience - Technical sales or consulting position within an Software, IT Consulting or Services company- Advantage Combination of business acumen and IT Infrastructure expertise to understand how customer business issues impact their IT environments. Project and/or opportunity management- Advantage. Ability to solve complex problems and present the problems and their resolution in a clear and concise fashion. Ability to manage complex processes with customers and POCs Working effectively within a virtual team, taking strategic direction from opportunity owners and considering inputs from team members. knowledge in infrastructure and business productivity products such as Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server, System Center, Sharepoint, Dynamics, SFB, VS, Azure and Cloud etc- Advantage Understanding windows and office deployment
