You must be confident enough to make tough decisions in times of ambiguity.QUALIFICATIONS· Pursuing a full time Bachelor’s or Master´s degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields· Desire to build a long-term career at Microsoft in a similar function· Demonstrated ability in program or project management, preferably in the technology field· Excellent cross-group collaboration skills, including the ability to comfortably communicate with senior management at Microsoft· Strong analytical and strategic thinking, but also not afraid to act· Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, deal with ambiguity, make trade-off decisions, meet deadlines, and drive for results· Available to start on 1st Sept 2018· Fluent in Dutch and English· Full work authorization to work in NLSELECTION PROCESS1.
