You must agree with the following statements in order to proceed with your application:
- Please note that by completing and submitting this application form you agree that MICROSOFT may use, process and retain, for as long as appropriate and necessary, the personal contact, address and other information (such as, but not limited to, your highest education and your CV) you provide in this form to:(a) allow us to consider your application, and thereafter in connection with any ongoing relationship which may result from the application procedure and that we may have with you, and(b) for the purposes of a potential future job offer; this latter consent is voluntary and you may recall it any time.
- By completing and submitting this application you agree that your personal data may be transferred, in the scope and for the purposes stipulated above, to all entities belonging to the MICROSOFT group companies.
- The current list of Microsoft affiliates, including their registered offices, is available athttp://www.microsoft.com/worldwide.
- Your personal data will be processed by authorized personnel only, manually or by automated means, and will be securely stored in an electronic or paper form with limited access rights.
- You have the right to access your personal data processed by Microsoft at any time, and if you believe your personal data is being processed unlawfully, or are inaccurate, you have the right to request that MICROSOFT provides you with an explanation and/or remedies the improper state of affairs, in particular by means of blocking, correcting, supplementing or deleting your personal data.
NOTICE of Personal Data Subject’s Rights
This is to inform you that you, as personal data subject, shall have the following rights:
1. To know the location of the personal database wherein your personal data is contained, its designation and name, location and/or place of residence (domiciliation) of the controller or processor of personal data, or authorize other persons to request the above information unless the law provides otherwise;
2. To receive information about terms and conditions of allowing access to personal data, specifically, information about third parties to whom your personal data is transferred;
3. To have access to your personal data;
4. To receive, no later than thirty calendar days following the request unless the law provides otherwise, a reply about whether or not your personal data is stored in a given personal database, and to receive the content of your personal data stored;
5. To object on compelling grounds to the processing of your personal data by the data controller;
6. To object on compelling grounds to the changes or removal of your personal data by any data controller and data processor if such data is processed unlawfully or is incorrect;
7. To the protection of your personal data against unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to the willful withholding, failure to provide or failure to provide in due time, and also to the protection against the provision of data which is incorrect or is defamatory, slandering or damaging to the business reputation of an individual;
8. To file complaints about the processing of your personal data with the state authorities and officials authorized to ensure protection of personal databases, or with court;
9. To seek legal remedies for violations of personal data protection law;
10. To impose restrictions on the right to process your personal data when granting consent to the processing of your personal data;
11. To withdraw consent for processing of your personal data;
12. To know the logic involved in an automatic processing of personal data;
13. To be protected against an automated decision that produces legal effects for you
